Pre-show Shining Up

Putting a little elbow grease on Pearline and adding a bit of bling.

I got Pearline back from the body shop about 2 weeks ago and you can’t tell there was ever a ripple in the doors. I won’t tell what I paid, but I’m so grateful to have a body shop guy that loves classics and wants to do them justice. He also was kind to my wallet. I’ve been zipping around town and making people aware that we still exist and have gotten flagged down a couple times by old timers and kids alike.

There’s a special Coffee-and-Cars this month with the OKC bunch to celebrate their anniversary. There’s an event at a winery and it’s a little more than the usual 7AM-10AM type of event. I put some time in washing Pearline and putting a bit of effort into cleaning the red dirt out of all the cracks.

I’m thinking of attending Brits in the Ozarks next month, so I ordered some extra bling to grace Pearline’s front grille. See the gallery below. Pay close attention to the badge on the left.
